Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary, foundational method, as it is a scientifically validated and highly effective approach. However, I am convinced that the future of psychotherapy lies in the flexible integration of the best tools from different schools.
Therefore, while remaining within an evidence-based framework, I organically incorporate techniques and ideas from other approaches when appropriate, such as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for work with relationships, EMDR for trauma processing, and existential therapy for questions of meaning. This makes it possible to tailor therapy more deeply and precisely to the unique needs of each client.
