It is exhausting, makes you question yourself, and can leave you feeling deeply misunderstood and alone.

What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?

CBT is an evidence-based therapeutic approach. Over 500 studies worldwide have confirmed its effectiveness in treating a wide range of difficulties — including depression, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, procrastination, perfectionism, and even personality disorders.
  • On average, it takes about 10−20 sessions to address a specific issue.
    CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented form of therapy. During this time, you not only work through your current challenges but also learn how to apply CBT techniques independently in the future.
  • An important key to successful therapy is completing exercises between sessions.
    This ongoing practice helps you strengthen and integrate new skills; without it, the overall duration of therapy may need to be considerably longer.

In my work, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), complemented by elements of other evidence-based approaches, including REBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, and EMDR.
I am a member of the Association for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, led by the distinguished professional D. V. Kovpak, whom I consider my mentor and teacher.
My English is easy to understand, so you can focus on the session, not on decoding my speech. You can also watch my video introduction to get a sense of how I sound.
I gained extensive practical experience as a psychodiagnostician at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region, where, as part of a team of experienced colleagues, I participated in the selection of young recruits for future service.
My journey in psychology began in 2003, right after I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology.
